3. Information We NEVER Collect
🔒 GetDailyPays NEVER requests, stores or manages real user funds. We are NOT an investment fund or collective pool.
- ✗Exchange API keys (Binance, etc.)
- ✗Exchange account passwords
- ✗Banking or card data
- ✗Real investment capital from users
- ✗Personal identification documents
4. International Data Transfers
Your data is processed on Supabase servers (SOC 2 certified provider, with data centers in the US and EU). For EU users, transfers to third countries are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with GDPR Art. 46. Data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+ and at rest via AES-256.
5. Cookies and Third-Party Advertising
The platform may display ads through:
- •Google AdSense: Tracking cookies for personalized advertising. You may opt out at adssettings.google.com.
- •Affiliate networks (Binance): Affiliate links use cookies to attribute referrals.
Under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, non-essential cookies are only activated with your explicit consent.

7. Data Retention
Personal data is retained while your account remains active. After requesting deletion, we will erase your data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it longer. Anonymous aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.
8. Minors
GetDailyPays is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us for immediate deletion.
9. Supervisory Authority (EU)
If you believe processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (e.g. ICO in the UK, CNIL in France, BfDI in Germany, AEPD in Spain).
10. Updates
We may update this Policy periodically. We will notify you via a notice on the platform at least 15 days before material changes take effect.
